Spies on Radio
Before there was the Internet, even before television families would huddle around the radio receiver listening to the suspense and daring deeds of their favorite Secret Agent. In some ways radio can bring a much better feeling of tension, suspense, intrigue and danger that television, for the image is created in the listeners mind, and not in a studio.
We are developing a number of audio broadcasts, along the lines of the Secret Agent programs of a generation ago. At the same time we are searching for recordings of the old radio shows that can be broadcast to a whole new generation.
In the meantime Spies Radio will be broadcasting clues and instructions for Spies Club and Spy Games subscribers. Shhh....
Spies Radio Network
Since Radio began the Clandestine Services have used radio networks for passing instructions, alerts and warnings to Agents around the world. Even today there are many unexplained broadcast channels that just send out numbers, or unrelated messages.
The broadcast radio channels can be used with great effect, as no special receivers are needed to listen in to the regular transmissions.
